Using the store
You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or have any permission required by applicable law. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details, keep account credentials secure and use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with the store, misuse another person's details, submit harmful content or attempt unauthorized access.
Products and presentation
Product descriptions explain the listed design and intended use. Colors may vary with screen settings and lighting, and scene props are not included unless expressly stated. Images illustrate the design and styling; do not infer an unlisted material, measurement, certification or accessory from a scene. Contact us before ordering if a missing size or compatibility detail matters to your purchase. Nothing in these terms removes your rights where an item does not match its description.
Prices, payment and orders
Prices are in USD. Applicable shipping and checkout taxes are shown before you submit an order. Offers and availability can change; the price accepted for an order is shown at checkout. Payment is processed through available checkout providers and is subject to their normal authorization checks. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request, rather than guaranteeing that every order can be fulfilled.
We may contact you if information needs correction, a payment cannot be authorized, an item is unavailable or a material pricing error occurs. We will explain any proposed change before proceeding, and refund payments for orders we cannot fulfill. We do not knowingly offer unavailable goods as ready for dispatch.
Delivery, changes and returns
We currently deliver to the United States. Processing is 5–10 business days, followed by an estimated 10–15 business days of standard transit. Read the Shipping Policy for charges, delays and address changes. Expedited service does not guarantee an arrival date. Requests to cancel or change an order depend on the fulfillment stage.
You may request an eligible return within 30 days after receipt. Our Return Policy explains conditions, return authorization, the China return address, postage responsibility and approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days after return receipt and inspection.
Use accessories responsibly
Check fit and compatibility before riding, especially around helmet retention, brake controls, cleats and moving bicycle parts. Stop safely before adjusting clothing. Follow care labels and use instructions. Wear appropriate protective equipment and follow traffic rules. Do not treat ordinary apparel accessories as certified safety equipment, medical devices or protection against every weather or road condition unless a documented claim expressly says so.
Content, third-party services and privacy
Store text, graphics and brand elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not commercially copy its content without permission. Third-party sites and services have their own terms; a link does not make us responsible for their independent conduct. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and applicable law
We take reasonable care to maintain the store, but access can be interrupted and errors may occur. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law; we do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with disputes subject to the competent courts at the company's location, while preserving any mandatory rights and court access available to consumers under the laws of their residence.
Changes and contact
