Information we collect and its sources
We receive information you provide when ordering, opening an account, contacting support or subscribing to email: name, email, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses, order contents and correspondence. Payment providers process payment credentials; we receive transaction information needed to manage the purchase, rather than requiring you to email card details.
Shopify and related service providers automatically process device and usage data such as IP address, browser details, cookie identifiers, pages viewed and interactions with the storefront. We may receive delivery updates, payment status and fraud signals from providers involved in your transaction.
Why we use information
We use information to process and fulfill orders, arrange delivery, manage accounts, provide support, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, protect the store, meet legal obligations and understand how the store is used. If you subscribe, we use your email for product news and offers; you can unsubscribe at any time. Where a legal basis is required, processing depends on the relevant contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent.
Service providers and disclosures
We share information as needed with Shopify for hosting and commerce, payment processors for payment and fraud review, shipping providers for delivery, and providers supporting communications and store operations. These parties receive information necessary for their functions. We may also disclose information where legally required, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a lawful business transfer. We do not publish customer contact details or order records on the storefront.

Cookies and your choices
The store uses cookies and similar technologies to operate features such as checkout, remember preferences and measure use. Any optional analytics or advertising collection depends on the enabled services and your applicable consent choices. Where a consent banner is offered, use its controls to accept, reject or manage optional cookies. Browser settings can also restrict cookies, although some store functions may then be affected. Retention, transfers and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the stated purpose, including order management, required accounting records, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Retention varies by record and legal requirement. Our company is in China, and Shopify and service providers may process data in other countries. Applicable legal safeguards are used where required for international transfers. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to know or access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising where those rights apply. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights. If you disagree with our response, contact us to request review, and you may complain to the relevant regulator.
Marketing emails contain an unsubscribe option. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential order or service messages.
Children and updates
The store is intended for adult shoppers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing. Contact us if a child has provided information so we can review and delete it where appropriate. We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change and will publish the revised effective date and any notice required by law.
